• We at Escape Route always try to satisfy our customers
• We guarantee a full warranty on all items when deserved
• We guarantee your details are secure and will not be passed onto any 3rd party
• We guarantee your card details are secure
• If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
• We will not hand out any courier details.
• Our couriers cannot predict unusual weather that might delay a delivery.
• All orders are despatched insured and remain the property of Escape Route until signed for.
• We reserve the right to alter the price and offer you the product at the correct price.
• We reserve the right to alter the description.
• In case of damage please retain the product and contact us within 10 days of receipt.

• Delivery charges vary per item. All charged are displays in the shopping basket.
• Goods are usually sent out within 3 working days.
• If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
• You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.
• You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer customers in the future.
• If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequatly to protect against damage.
• If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection. If you fail to take reasnable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
• This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - For example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
